WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dear customer! Due to the coronavirus (Covid-19) and the fact that our warehouses are partially located in Europe and Asia, and the government is taking enhanced security measures, there may be delays in the delivery of some orders (up to 1 week). Unfortunately, this happens for reasons beyond our control. We ask you to understand this. You can always contact us for more details.

ORDER PROCESSING

If your item is in stock, please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to ship out your order once payment is received and cleared. The order processing time is strictly how long it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment, not how long it will take for you to receive your shipment. The estimated time it takes for your order to arrive once shipped is listed down below, these times exclude the 1-3 business day period orders are spent in processing. Please note during high volume sale periods or new range releases there may be minor delays - we appreciate your patience during this time! Once shipped, you will be emailed with a tracking number to follow your order to its destination. Please note there is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Time listed above does not include 1-3 business days processing time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). 

It's your responsibility to arrange collection of the parcel once dispatched. If you are not home to receive your parcel, the item will be held at a local post office for collection. We does not take responsibility for orders rejected by the recipient, or returned-to-sender due to non-collection. In this scenario, a re-delivery fee will be applicable. Refunds will not be granted for orders returned due to non-collection.

TAXES & DUTIES

By working closely with our suppliers, chances of paying for import duties and fees are extremely small. 

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All orders are shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier. ASTREZO does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at info@astrezo.com and we will do our best to resolve the error(s) made. Although, please note the purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We are not held responsible for goods delivered to a wrong or invalid address. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and ASTREZO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, ASTREZO does not take responsibility for loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event, your order is not received within the expected delivery timeframe.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at info@astrezo.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we can declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If need to using the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you Complete order.

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

TRACK YOUR ORDER

If you want to track your order, you can check your email in 3-5 days or ask us. 

If you are having difficulty obtaining tracking information or with the use of a site to track - write to us at support.

Tracking information is only given by e-mail or text messages, if the order came from your email (phone) address. Also, the tracking code will be available online only after 3-5 days after ordering.

We try to send all orders as quickly as possible, but almost does not always work as we would like. We try to do the maximum convenient service to our customers.

*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.

Any claims on the expiration of 45 business days after the shipment will not be accepted and the order is considered fulfilled.
