7 days’ returns on all orders

Here at ASTREZO we do everything possible so that you are satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer returns on all orders within 7 days from the date of receipt the order.

Returns have never been so easy.

Step 1: Make sure the item is unused with the original tags still attached. Items without original packaging are non-refundable.

Step 2: Send an email to astrezoshop@gmail.com with the order number, item title and reason for return for our reference.

Step 3: Send the item in the original package via your desired shipping carrier

All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. The costs incurred for returning an item are at customers' own costs. If you return an order, always keep your tracking number and receipts so you have proof of shipment. When returning goods, make sure that on the airway bill and the package there is clearly written: Returned goods, no commercial value. Any import taxes will be deducted from the refund.

Once the package is delivered to us, you will receive the amount to the same credit card/PayPal account that you used to make the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to accept your return and make the refund. The funds will be displayed in your bank account within 3-4 business days or sooner after we make the refund.

Please note we only allow a one-time exchange/returns for orders.

Items with 60% discount or more are non-refundable.

All costs for return shipment are at the expense of the buyer. For some countries, we support free returns. For more information, please contact support. 

Refund for goods that are in transit is not possible.

We highly recommend returns/exchanges be shipped via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Please be sure to email us for authorization before sending the items back. We are not responsible for items that are returned to the wrong address if we are not contacted beforehand.

Store Hours: Due to Time Deference some orders need 48 hours to be processed.
