HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

- Select which details you would like and click “Add to Cart”. This will take you to your shopping cart summary where you can choose to continue browsing or make your payment for the piece(s) chosen. Repeat the first two steps if you wish to add more items to your shopping cart.
- Click on “Next” once you’ve finalised your order. Confirm your mailing address and, please, remember to include your phone number so that we can put it on the delivery information just in case you’re not home. This way your postal carrier will be able to contact you.
- Pay via PayPal or credit/debit card and voila, you’re done!
IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE OR IS THIS A SCAM? WHY SHOULD I TRUST YOU?

In regards to payment issues, we use PayPal (www.paypal.com), the #1 trusted online payment system. All our transactions go through payment and we do not have access to any of your credit card information whatsoever.
QUALITY: YOU HAVE SUCH LOW PRICES, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY?
Yes, we do have very low prices. We keep quality at a high level thanks to competent management and our streamlined delivery system.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Shipping is free worldwide! The prices of the items include shipping fees and there are no additional costs when you pay!
WHY DOES SHIPPING TAKE 3-4 WEEKS? CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
Depending on your country, shipping may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. However, we prefer to give a range of 15-25 business days in case of unexpected delays. Please note that packages to South Africa, South America, and the Middle East tend to take about a month or so longer than orders going to the US or UK. All packages are shipped from Hong Kong/China or Singapore and we ship all items via China Post International. All orders come with a tracking number and delivery confirmation. In order to keep prices low, this is the best option for now, but we promise it’s worth it!
That being said, if you feel anxious at any time during the shipping process, feel free to email us and we’ll be glad to track the package for you and relay your concerns.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For each order, items are usually shipped within six-ten business days. It usually takes less, but we just want to be safe. We highly recommend creating an account with us so you can keep track of your order’s movements. Also, please note that sometimes during spikes or surges in order volume, processing times may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days. To keep it simple, think of your order processing time as about 1 week and you won’t be disappointed. :)
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW DO I TRACK IT?
All shipped orders can be tracked at 17track.net with the tracking number provided when your item has been sent. If you’ve just been sent the number, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the postal system to reflect the status. Please understand that, because our port of departure deals with consistently high volumes of traffic in terms of outgoing packages, there may sometimes be a delay in your tracking number being updated in the system. However, please rest assured that once you are issued a tracking number, it means that our shipper has already collected the package and prepared it for shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES AND PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
Packages that are shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer during the ordering process are subject to an additional $15 USD shipping surcharge if the address has to be changed once the order ships. The delivery process will also be delayed in this case as the item will be delivered back to us before being resent depending on the circumstances.
Orders “Returned to Sender” by the carrier are subject to a $15 USD surcharge. This includes, but is not limited to: orders win which the customer provided and incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is not available for delivery, the customer fails to provide a P.O. Box or physical address, or the order is refused by the customer.
YOUR PRICES ARE IN USD, HOW DO I CONVERT TO MY LOCAL CURRENCY?
When you make a payment, PayPal will cover the amount into your local currency. Alternatively, you may also do a currency conversion at: xe.com/ucc.
WHAT IF I FIND A DEFECTIVE ITEM OR AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY?
Before shipping, we give all the goods a mandatory check for defects. If it so happens that your item comes defective, please let us know within a day of receipt at email@example.com.
We will unfortunately be unable to allow returns/exchanges if contacted a week after receipt.
